Krafton's top-tier international esports tournaments, the PUBG Global Championship (PGC) and the 2025 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (2025 PMGC), are set to collide on a single stage. The PUBG UNITED Grand Finals kick off in Bangkok, Thailand, this 12th.

PUBG UNITED is a global project unifying both the PC and mobile versions of the battle royale titan. This year’s Grand Finals marks the final showdown where champions for both titles will be crowned simultaneously.

A total of 128 global competitors will participate across PGC and PMGC. This represents the largest gathering of athletes in the history of PUBG esports. Additionally, through a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), win-probability-based data analytics will be applied to the broadcast for the first time.

The base prize pool for PGC 2025 is 1.5 million dollars (approx. 2.21385 billion KRW), with 25% of the revenue from PGC 2025 commemorative in-game items added to the base prize, further increasing the total scale. The winning team will receive 500,000 dollars in prize money along with a portion of the revenue. Furthermore, the tournament MVP will be awarded a Porsche Cayenne, and all members of the winning team will receive champion jackets designed in collaboration with Balenciaga.

From Korea, top-tier domestic teams will compete in both categories. The PGC roster features DN Freecs, T1, BGP, FN POCHEON, and AZLA, while DRX and Dplus KIA are set to take the stage for the PMGC Grand Finals.

Krafton stated, "PUBG UNITED is the stage where the global integration vision of PUBG esports becomes reality. Having athletes from both titles compete in one space, while fans across the globe share the same pulse, serves as a symbolic moment for the future direction of PUBG esports."
