지난 9월 개최된 파이널 판타지 14(이하 파판14) 한국 서비스 10주년 '빛의 축제' 현장에서 큰 호응을 얻은 요소라면 단연 '카페 크리스타리움'을 빼놓을 수 없다. 기간제 팝업 스토어가 아닌, 국내 첫 파판 14 상설 카페는 국내 유저들의 오랜 염원이기 때문이었다. 발표 당시 운영을 위해 액토즈소프트가 직접 요식업 관련 자회사를 설립했다 밝힐 정도로 많은 신경을 썼다는 후문이 공개된 바 있는데, 이를 보여주듯 카페 크리스타리움은 입구에 들어서는 순간부터 다른 세계로 전이하는 연출을 만날 수 있다.
