NC has received the highest AAA rating in the 2026 ESG assessment conducted by the global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) rating agency, Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI). Having maintained an AA rating—the highest level among domestic game companies—since 2022, NC has now climbed to the AAA grade, marking a significant milestone in its four-year streak of high performance.

MSCI evaluates publicly traded companies worldwide on key issues related to environmental, social, and governance factors, assigning one of seven grades ranging from AAA to CCC. This evaluation serves as a vital indicator for global institutional investors and asset managers to analyze a company's sustainability management capabilities and investment risks.

This upgrade is the result of positive evaluations in areas such as transparent human resource data disclosure, efficient greenhouse gas emission reporting, strengthened ethical oversight by top management, and the implementation of robust anti-corruption policies. NC attributes this achievement to its ongoing commitment to ESG management.

In addition to this, NC has achieved positive results in other domestic and international ESG evaluations. It is the only domestic game company to have earned both 'Industry Leader' and 'Regional Leader' badges in the Sustainalytics ESG risk assessment. Furthermore, it has maintained a comprehensive A-grade for five consecutive years in the Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS) evaluation, a feat unmatched by any other domestic game company.
