Webzen is officially accepting applications for its 2026 first-half recruitment-linked internship program.

The application period runs from the 10th to April 27th via the official recruitment portal. There are no restrictions regarding age or academic background; however, certain roles, such as those in global business, require proficiency in foreign languages.

The company is recruiting for 35 different roles across game operations, development, technical fields, marketing, and corporate support, spanning both the headquarters and its subsidiaries. Candidates who pass the document screening will undergo online testing, practical interviews, and executive interviews, with all stages concluding by the end of June. Successful candidates will be notified individually throughout June.

Selected candidates will begin a six-month recruitment-linked internship starting in July 2026. During the internship, Webzen provides the same level of salary and benefits as full-time employees. The company plans to transition interns to permanent positions based on performance evaluations conducted during the internship period.

Specialist game development subsidiaries, including Webzen Redcore, Webzen Redstar, Webzen Redn, and Webzen OnNet, are also participating in the recruitment drive. Notably, Webzen Redstar and Webzen Redn are seeking developers to join their ongoing projects; Webzen Redstar is developing a new title based on the MU IP, while Webzen Redn is preparing a new RPG project.

Webzen operates various welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction. These include flexible working hours and autonomous commuting systems to improve work efficiency, as well as employee loans, group accident insurance, welfare points, and travel subsidies for long-term employees. Meanwhile, Webzen and its subsidiaries are also conducting separate, rolling recruitment drives for experienced talent in development and business sectors.
