Com2uS announced on the 16th that it will host a special pop-up exhibition dubbed 'IMO Cinema' from May 16th to 17th to mark the 20th anniversary of its mobile MMORPG, IMO. Held at Beacon Studio in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, this offline event is designed to express gratitude to the players who have supported IMO for the past two decades. Com2uS plans to use a cinematic concept to showcase the memories built with players over the years.

Prior to the exhibition, Com2uS opened pre-registrations on the 14th. The event saw high interest from fans, with all slots selling out within two hours. Com2uS previously announced that first-round pre-registrants would receive a '20th Anniversary Special Goods Package' containing limited-edition items upon visiting the exhibition.

For those who missed the initial reservation, Com2uS is opening 'Naver additional general visitor reservations' for entry without waiting on-site. The venue will be decorated as an exhibition space where visitors can experience the growth and evolution of IMO. Large LED screens will play 20th-anniversary celebration videos, vividly conveying the game's journey from the feature-phone era to the present. The event also offers various attractions, including an interactive exhibit where users can leave congratulatory messages to complete a pixel character, character photo zones, and a capsule machine offering special prizes.

Additionally, on the first day of the exhibition, May 16th at 7 PM, 'IMO Cinema LIVE' will be held, featuring direct communication between the development team and players. A talk show will be held with 20 players selected via lottery from the pre-registration pool to look back on the past 20 years and share future update directions and visions. For adventurers around the world who cannot visit the site, a real-time live stream will be broadcast on the official channel.
