Kodansha announced on the 21st that it is bringing its interactive novel, And Roger, to iOS, Android, and the Nintendo Switch 2. The publisher plans to broaden its service by supporting a total of 29 languages, with these new versions slated to launch on June 18th.

And Roger is an interactive novel that pulls you into its narrative through choice-driven gameplay. You step into the shoes of a girl who wakes up rubbing her sleepy eyes, only to find a complete stranger snoozing on the living room sofa where her father should have been prepping for work. It is up to you and the girl to navigate this bizarre, unsettling situation.

The game has gained a reputation as a title that can make you weep in under an hour, largely thanks to its evocative gameplay videos. Over on Steam, it holds an 'Overwhelmingly Positive' (95% positive) rating. Since its release in July 2025, it has surpassed 100,000 units sold globally. Most notably, it snagged the Audience Award at the Game Developers Choice Awards (GDCA) back in March.

Beyond the platform expansion, the linguistic accessibility is receiving a massive boost, with the update bringing the total number of supported languages to 29.
