Kakao Games has rolled out an update for ArcheAge War, featuring a new hunting ground, a dungeon, and class balance adjustments.

The final hunting ground in the eastern continent 'Inister', the 'Cursed Ruins', has opened. It has been designed with two difficulty tiers to match the player progression curve.

To celebrate the spring season, cherry blossom-themed seasonal cosmetics have been added. This includes two character skins (one Legendary, one Hero) and one Hero-grade mount. New appearances such as 'Spring Pioneer', 'Flower-decked Yata', and 'Lazy Lamb' are also making their debut.

Class balance has also been adjusted. Melee classes (One-handed Sword, Two-handed Sword, Magic Sword, Dagger, Two-handed Mace, and Scimitar) have gained a dash skill, and the range of key abilities has been increased. For the 'Gunslinger', which was dominant in PvP, the cooldowns for 'target release' skills have been adjusted, while farming efficiency and sustain have been improved.

Content expansion has also taken place. Legendary crafting materials, 'Shards of Honor' and 'Vestige of Reign', can now be obtained in the Forbidden Labyrinth, and can be used to craft Legendary-grade items through a limited-time crafting system.

Dungeons previously available only on existing servers, 'Echo of Neve' and 'Forgotten Cave of Neve', have been added to the 'Gredelon' server. These are operated separately from existing servers so that only Gredelon server users can participate.

Update commemorative events are also underway. Existing servers will feature a 14-day attendance gift event and a 'Magic Lucky Box' event, providing summon selection boxes and enhancement scrolls.

On the Gredelon server, the 'Gredelon Attendance Gift' event and 'Lucky Key Season 4' will allow players to obtain Legendary summon selection boxes and Legendary challenge selection boxes.

A representative from Kakao Games stated, "Through this update, we aimed to provide a more diverse combat experience by expanding content and hunting grounds while balancing the classes," adding, "We will continue to strengthen the unique fun of ArcheAge War through continuous updates and stable service."
