HoYoverse announced on the 27th that the final chapter of Zenless Zone Zero Season 2, Version 2.8 'Sunset of New Eridu', will be updated on May 6th. The narrative focuses on the pursuit of the mysterious target 'Ramiel', accompanied by the arrival of two new S-rank Agents, various system improvements, and new event content.

The new S-rank Agents include the Ice-attribute Anomaly agent 'Promia' and the Physical-attribute Striker 'Starlight Billy'. Promia, the Black Branch Arbiter of Krampus, excels at accumulating 'Cold Erosion' to convert it into 'Frost Punishment', which she then consumes to inflict the 'Splinter' effect on enemies.

Additionally, when using her Enhanced Special Skill, she enters the 'Shackle Amnesty' state, allowing her to automatically execute an Extreme Evasion when hit. If there is another Anomaly or Support agent in the party, she increases the 'Splinter' damage for all party members. 'Starlight Billy' is an upgraded form that utilizes a combat motorcycle and his signature skill, 'Knight's Flying Kick', to deal powerful Physical burst damage.
