NEXON announced on the 28th that it has updated Blue Archive with a new event story, 'Path of the Shinobi,' along with the addition of two new characters. This update centers on new content featuring the students of Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy.

The new event story, 'Path of the Shinobi ~Fashion Show Security Mission!~', features students from the Ninjutsu Research Club, including Michiru, Izuna, and Tsukuyo, as the protagonists. Players can follow the story of the Ninjutsu Research Club as they take on a security mission for a fashion show and resolve various incidents while striving to become true ninjas.

Users who complete the story and missions can earn event-exclusive currency such as Ninja Ear Ornaments and Fashionable Folding Fans. This currency can be exchanged at the event shop for items including Tactical Training BDs (Hyakkiyako), Tech Notes (Hyakkiyako), and a Ramen Table. Additionally, completing high-difficulty challenge stages rewards players with 30 Pyroxenes per stage, and the final challenge stage, EX, provides Secret Tech Sheet Fragments as a reward.

New characters from Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy, Michiru (Dress) and Tsukuyo (Dress), have also been added. Michiru (Dress), the head of the Ninjutsu Research Club, is an Explosive-type healer who supports stable combat with an EX skill that instantly restores the HP of one ally. Tsukuyo (Dress) is a Piercing-type tank; when using her EX skill, she creates cover and increases her attack speed for 30 seconds, allowing for strategic gameplay.

To commemorate this update, NEXON is holding a double-reward campaign. The Bounty campaign, running until May 5th, provides double the rewards for Tactical Training BDs, Tech Notes, and OOPArts upon completion. Following this, from May 5th to May 12th, completing Schedules and Missions will grant double the rewards, including Tech Note boxes and Tech Notes.
