Look, let's be honest—id Software’s DOOM: The Dark Ages-Revelations DLC is finally dropping on 8 July.

First unveiled during the XBOX Showcase, this expansion adds a sprawling campaign that promises to open a fresh chapter in the legend of the Doom Slayer. In Revelations, our protagonist finds himself battered, betrayed, and unceremoniously dumped into Purgatory. It is here that he must confront some truly grim truths and forge new power with the aid of a mysterious ally to claw his way out.

Revelations introduces a fresh take on the franchise's signature combat. The lethal Chain Spear makes a grand return, offering returning Slayers that familiar, brutal combat system we all know and love. As you sharpen your mastery, you will find yourself unleashing greater power and some truly overwhelming mobility. Expect deep puzzles, fresh demons to tear through, and new levels packed with unknown mysteries.

Alongside the release of Revelations, all existing players will receive the Repartorium 3.0 update, which is free of charge. This update brings deeper customisation, refined passcode generation, and the ability to save and load your personal presets. For those holding the Premium Edition or Collector’s Bundle, finishing the DLC unlocks three new maps, fresh demons, and fully upgraded weapons within the Repartorium.

For those who own only the base game, you can pick up Revelations for 21,800 원, or opt to upgrade to the Premium Edition for 36,010 원 on PC or 35,900 원 on Xbox/PS.
