NC has published its sixth sustainability report, 'ESG PLAYBOOK 2025'. This report contains sustainability management cases linked to NC's key management strategies and reflects the meaning of 'Next & Creative' embedded in the company name, as well as its growth direction. The report's content has been aligned with the latest global ESG disclosure standards, and the reliability of the disclosed data has been secured through third-party verification.

NC has been pursuing sustainability management activities related to its management direction, such as strengthening game quality and technology, and expanding its global growth foundation. In particular, the 'Where Joy Begins' chapter introduces key activities to enhance competitiveness across game development and service operations. The company has improved game completeness through increased user communication, global testing, and quality assurance processes, and has enhanced user experience and service quality by improving game accessibility and establishing a global-level personal information protection system.

The 'ESG Performance' chapter discloses environmental, social, and governance results according to the latest global ESG standards. Key activities promoted across ESG management, such as climate change response, human resource management, responsible technology, governance, and corporate ethics, were explained. NC is recording achievements in major domestic and international ESG evaluations. It achieved the highest rating of AAA in the 'MSCI 2026 ESG Ratings' and has been included in the '2026 DJSI Asia Pacific Index' for three consecutive years. In addition, it has maintained a comprehensive A grade for five consecutive years in the 'Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability 2025 ESG Evaluation'.
