Neptune's subsidiary, Nimble Neuron, announced on the 26th that it has added its 89th new character, Craver, to its self-developed PC game, Eternal Return. Craver serves as a damage dealer who utilizes a pistol as their primary weapon. This update also introduces new skins, emotes, and various system-wide improvements.

Craver is described as a being that embodies the chaos of the pistol they wield, which is infused with a sentient entity born from death, curses, negativity, and lingering regrets. According to the character's lore, the pistol itself, containing the residual thoughts of many humans, is who they truly are. The character is characterized by constantly consuming ammunition to pressure enemies and using a powerful skill to suppress them when only one bullet remains.

This new character uses a pistol as their main weapon type and can function as both a skill-based dealer and a ranged dealer. Key skills include 'Double Tap,' which fires two consecutive bullets in a designated direction to deal damage; 'Sweep Kick,' which deals skill damage to enemies within a rotating range; and 'Combat Roll,' which allows the character to dash in a designated direction while dealing damage. They also possess the 'Showdown!' skill, which pins down airborne enemies and unleashes a barrage of gunfire.

Along with the addition of Craver, Nimble Neuron has introduced four new emotes and a new skin, 'Heart-Fluttering Coraline.' System improvements include a revamped UI for recommending target and alternative items, changes to the character rotation for new users, and adjustments to the temporary safe zone phases. A play event to earn the 'Cheerful Craver' emote has begun, and pre-registration for the 3rd Anniversary Festival, scheduled for early July, has also opened.
