Mgame announced on the 26th that CEO Kwon Yi-hyung and Vice President Jo In-han have each acquired company shares valued at 50 million won. This move is interpreted as part of an effort to strengthen responsible management and enhance shareholder value.

According to the company's regulatory filing, CEO Kwon Yi-hyung purchased 12,105 shares, and Vice President Jo In-han purchased 11,694 shares in the open market. The total purchase amount for both was 50 million won each. Previously, Vice President Hong Deung-ho and Director Lee Jae-chang had also purchased company shares, marking a series of stock acquisitions by registered executives. This move by the management demonstrates a strong commitment to increasing corporate value and confidence in the company's sustainable growth.

Mgame has been consistently implementing shareholder-friendly policies. The company has paid cash dividends annually since 2023, and for the 2025 fiscal year-end dividend, it paid 222 won per share. Furthermore, the company has decided to implement quarterly dividends for the first time since its founding and has submitted a disclosure regarding the dividend record date. Additionally, Mgame has repurchased 2 billion won worth of its own shares this year, all of which are slated to be retired to enhance shareholder value. Regarding business expansion plans, the company will begin pre-registrations for 'Ghost Soul Raising', an idle mobile game utilizing the popular IP 'Ghost Soul', in the third quarter of this year. Along with this, the company plans to diversify its lineup by re-launching the PC MMORPG based on the legacy IP 'Wind Forest Fire' and introducing one additional mobile publishing title.
