Gravity has officially opened the gates on July 10th for the ROS 2026 Korea Representative Qualifiers, a global eSports tournament for its long-standing MMORPG, Ragnarok Online. They are now accepting applications for both competitors and spectators, with the window running from July 9th through August 2nd. You can sign up via the official registration page.

To register as a competitor, you will need to input your team member details, server info, and character names. Teams must consist of at least 5 to a maximum of 7 players, with a total of 8 teams being recruited. Should the number of applicants exceed expectations, Gravity will hold a lottery to select up to 10 teams. Spectator registration kicks off on the afternoon of July 10th, and interestingly, a team comprised of Gravity employees will also be stepping into the arena to face off against the players.

The Korean qualifiers are set to take place offline this August, with specific formats and schedules to be revealed later. The winning team will represent Korea at the main tournament in Bangkok, Thailand, securing 1.4 million free cash, 2027 VIP perks, and support for background music production. All participants will receive a participant box and VIP benefits.

Meanwhile, Gravity has been hosting the 'Ragnarok Festa' since 2024, an event that blends eSports with game booths, live performances, and various activities. Last year’s event in Thailand saw a turnout of approximately 13,000 visitors, and this year’s festivities will return to Thailand, the home of last year’s champions.
