The test schedule for 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4' (hereinafter Modern Warfare 4) has been confirmed.

The first week of testing for Modern Warfare 4 runs from August 21 to August 25, available to users who have pre-ordered the game on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, or PC. The second week, an open beta, runs from August 28 to September 1. This session is open to all platform users regardless of pre-order status, including Nintendo Switch 2 users. Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 version begin on August 26.

Participants can experience various multiplayer maps and modes, ranging from 3v3 skirmishes to tactical warfare featuring tanks. The offering includes the 10v10 'Kill Block' mode, 'Search and Destroy', and a 'Training Mobility Course'. Players will have access to 19 weapons, and with the support of Gunsmith, they can customize their loadouts, and progress by unlocking Tacticals, Lethals, Field Upgrades, Perks, and Killstreaks.

Vault Edition pre-order customers can use 8 special Operators during the test period. The 'Hostile Alliance Operator Pack' includes Price, Valeria, Ghost, and Blix, while the 'Special Forces Operator Pack' includes COM SFT (French Army Special Forces Command), KSK (Germany), South Korean Special Forces, and SAS (UK).

Furthermore, a collection of 5 signature weapons will be provided. Players can use the Kastov 762 with the Voltspine blueprint, the ISO Nightshade SMG with the Sombra Venenosa blueprint, the Reji 12 shotgun with the Shattered Code blueprint, the Oris 8.6 marksman rifle with the Volt Edge blueprint, and a Combat Knife with the Sombra Besada blueprint.

Meanwhile, the 'Call of Duty: NEXT' event will be held on August 21. The event will be broadcast online, revealing new information about the Modern Warfare 4 multiplayer content lineup and featuring developer interviews.
