The test dates for Mabinogi Eternity have been confirmed, following the reveal at the 22nd Anniversary Fantasy Party showcase.

On the 23rd, Nexon announced that recruitment for the alpha test of 'Mabinogi Eternity', the engine overhaul project, will remain open until August 12. Mabinogi Eternity is a massive undertaking that Nexon has been preparing since 2023 to ensure the game’s long-term future, migrating the title from the legacy Playone engine to Unreal Engine 5.

The test is scheduled to run for four days, from September 3 to September 6, marking the first time a large cohort of users will get their hands on the project. Nexon intends to use this phase to validate the core loop, ranging from early-game progression to combat and life-skill content based on actual player feedback. Those hoping to join can apply via the official website by logging in with a Nexon ID, verifying a mobile number, and completing a brief survey. Successful applicants will be notified on August 25 at 12:00 PM.

To sweeten the deal, Nexon has lined up several events for participants. A leaderboard covering seven categories—including combat, life skills, fashion, and community activities—will track player performance to award exclusive titles and Nexon Cash. Furthermore, a 'Drops' event for streamers is in the works, where selected creators can earn 5,000 KRW in Nexon Cash per viewer based on their broadcast engagement.
