The Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA) and the Korea Automobile Racing Association are holding the national team qualifiers for the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 'Gran Turismo 7' starting from the 24th.

Gran Turismo 7 is a newly adopted title for the Asian Games. Based on a competitive structure that reflects real-world motorsport race management, the event evaluates a player's driving skills and strategic execution through time trials and point-accumulating races.

The national team selection process consists of three stages. The first round is held as an online time trial from April 24 to 28, selecting the top 24 participants. Following this, the second round on May 2 will feature a racing format to determine the 12 finalists. The final round will take place offline on May 8, where the ultimate winner will be selected as the primary candidate to represent Korea at the Asian Games.

To be eligible, participants must meet the previously announced requirements and complete their registration as an athlete with the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee and as a candidate for the international multi-sport event.

Hyundai Motor Company, the official sponsor of the qualifiers, is providing the venue and equipment for the offline final. The event will be held ahead of the Hyundai N Festival opener (May 9-10) at the Yongin Everland Speedway, utilizing Hyundai N racing simulators to replicate an environment equivalent to real-world motorsport.
