On the 30th, Com2uS launched a collaboration update for Summoners War: Sky Arena featuring the popular TV anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. Through this update, key characters from the anime—Frieren, Fern, Stark, Ubel, and Himmel—have been reimagined in the Summoners War style and added to the game. Each character features unique skill animations and iconic lines from the original series, enhancing immersion in battle.

Limited-time content recreating the journey of the original series has also been added. First, the event dungeon 'Subjugation Request' requires players to include collaboration characters in their party, adding a new layer of fun to exploration. Other additions include a board game-style mini-game called 'Summon Dice' and a dedicated building, 'Royal Capital,' which houses various collaboration-related content. Players can also face off against the rival summoner 'X' in the Arena and obtain limited-edition emotes.

To celebrate the collaboration, Com2uS is hosting various events until August 31st. Players who complete 10 collaboration request missions will receive a set of runes and a natural 5-star Water-attribute Himmel. Additionally, by collecting 3,000 Summon Points, players can obtain one random natural 5-star collaboration character.
