Bandai Namco Entertainment Korea has officially announced that 'Tales of Xillia Remaster' will launch on October 30th, with the Steam version arriving on the 31st.

The 15th-anniversary title of the 'Tales of' series, which famously introduced a dual-protagonist narrative, is finally getting the remaster treatment. The story follows Jude, a medical student training at a hospital in the royal capital of Il Fan, and Milla Maxwell, a spirit who has been keeping a watchful eye on the mortal world from a mountain shrine.

Tales of Xillia Remaster inherits the series’ signature high-octane action combat, refined by the 'Link Mode'—a mechanic where two characters team up to unleash devastating combinations through the Double Raid Linear Motion Battle System. The team has also added several quality-of-life improvements, such as destination markers and the ability to toggle enemy encounters off. The Grade Shop is now unlocked from the start, and the package includes a massive haul of over 40 DLC items from the original release. You are free to customize characters to your heart's content and even set custom BGM for your combat encounters.

Tales of Xillia Remaster hits PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch on October 30th, featuring full Korean language support.
