NHN announced that it has published its '2025 Sustainability Report,' which outlines its ESG management achievements and future strategies in line with AI-driven industrial changes. This report, marking its fourth edition, focuses on the company's efforts and direction to establish a foundation for sustainable growth in the AI era.

NHN has included a special section in the report titled 'Connecting New Values with AI.' Through this, the company introduced its achievements in expanding its infrastructure ecosystem, centered on its integrated execution environment, 'AI Factory,' including cloud services, the national AI data center, and Factory X Seoul. It also added that it is fostering a healthy culture of technology utilization by operating internal AI talent development programs and work platforms.

To address climate change, NHN has proactively adopted the climate-related disclosure standards of the Korea Sustainability Standards Board (KSSB). The corporate headquarters and the NCC data center have been managing their environmental management systems since obtaining ISO 14001 and 50001 certifications in 2023. The cumulative number of participants in the employee-led carbon reduction campaign has exceeded 10,000.

In the social sector, NHN received government commendations for its community contribution activities, such as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and providing technology-based care services. To enhance shareholder value, the company announced a three-year shareholder return policy effective from 2026 to 2028. To ensure the objectivity of the report, it has undergone third-party verification in accordance with global standards.
