SOOP is set to host the 2026 Sony INZONE PUBG Myeolmangjeon Season 1 from July 2 to July 5. Myeolmangjeon is an esports event open to any streamer active on the SOOP platform. Over the past decade, the tournament has seen approximately 10,000 streamers participate, racking up a cumulative total of 400 million viewers.

In collaboration with Sony’s gaming gear brand, INZONE, this tournament features the FPS title PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. A total prize pool of 50 million KRW is on the line, with 128 participants, including a host of popular streamers, set to compete. The final 16 teams were locked in following a player auction held on June 29.

The tournament employs a points-based team formation system, creating a diverse roster that mixes former pro gamers with novice streamers. The matches will kick off at 7:00 PM daily from July 2 to July 5, with competitors battling across various maps such as Erangel, Miramar, Taego, and Deston.

The competition heats up with the INZONE round in the fourth match, where kill points for designated players are doubled, while the fifth round features a 'kill battle royale' format that doubles all kill points. The final standings will be determined by calculating the daily total points—excluding the lowest-scoring round—and adding bonus points based on remaining auction currency.
