Following the update, the game will host its second collaboration with 'Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works.' The event, titled 'Fate/Night of the Galaxy Railroad,' chronicles the journey of Rin Tohsaka as she arrives in the Strange Paradise after the Fifth Holy Grail War. The collab introduces two new playable 5-star characters: the Erudition-class Quantum-affinity 'Rin Tohsaka' and the Destruction-class Lightning-affinity 'Gilgamesh.'

From the 24th until the end of Version 4.6, players who log in can choose one 5-star character between 'Gilgamesh' and 'Archer,' receiving the character along with essential upgrade materials for free. Furthermore, those who spend a cumulative 200 Star Rail Special Passes during Version 4.4 can claim one 5-star Light Cone of their choice: 'What You See Is What You Are' or 'The Hell Where Ideals Burn.' The Warp events for the first half will feature Sparkle, Dan Heng·Imbibitor Lunae, and Acheron, while the second half sees the return of Keridra, Anax, and Aventurine.

On top of that, Sparkle is getting a new outfit, 'Sweet Dream Transmitter,' alongside five new pet expression emojis. Players can also look forward to a 10-pull login reward and a special event tasking them to investigate corruption within the IPC.

Meanwhile, from July 17 to August 31, HoYoverse is hosting an immersive exhibition titled 'Memoirs Walking Among the Stars' at the Lotte World Immersive Platform DEEP in Jamsil, Seoul. The event will showcase footage from the Astral Express journey and detailed character design documents.
