NHN is hosting the 5th Hangame Poker Tour (HPT) for its mobile poker game, Hangame Royal Hold'em. The tournament is divided into online qualifiers and an offline main event. The cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb is participating as the host, while SOOP is in charge of operations. The total prize pool has been expanded to 1.6 billion KRW, which will be paid out in KRW via Bithumb accounts.

The online 'Satellite' tournament qualifiers will run for 63 days from July 10 to September 10, with four sessions held daily within Hangame Royal Hold'em. Any game user can participate in the qualifiers without a separate application process. Each tournament allocates 29 tickets for the offline main event: the top 20 players receive one ticket each, and the top 9 receive an additional ticket. Players can also earn qualifying entries through the 'Sat for Sat' tournaments, which run 10 times a day.

The offline main event will take place at the Swiss Grand Hotel Convention Center from September 11 to 13. For the main event Day 1 matches on the 11th and 12th, participants must use two qualifying tickets to enter, and re-entry is possible by using the same number of tickets. Those who survive will compete for the final victory and the prize money on the second day of the main event, held on September 13.
